happyMail - email for the elderly

{summary}

Introducing happyMail - bringing email to the elderly.

This is a concept project that was designed based on insights gained in our previous course analysing the needs ot the elderly in old folks homes. We identified the need for communication with family as a key need we could address, and created various concepts that we could test in the elderly. After testing our prototypes we decided that the happyMail concept was the strongest idea and built the prototype you see in the video. Here’s some more images of the project.
